MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Kentucky Society of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. is to:

Advocate safe and appropriate use of radiation used in imaging and therapy,
Promote professionalism consistent with the Code of Ethics established by the ARRT,
Influence health policy in the best interest of Kentuckians,
Provide professional growth and education opportunities, and
Promote advocacy of the profession

As an affiliate of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, we are dedicated to the support and enhancement of the Radiologic Science profession, including the advancement of radiologic technology, the promotion of high standards of education, the improvement of the quality of patient care, and the improvement of the welfare and socio-economics of radiologic technologists.
